Government fees, if applicable, are separate and controlled by the relevant authority.

1. Service Fees
RPVS Immigrations charges professional service fees for private application assistance, document review, form guidance, customer support, payment support and processing coordination.
2. Government Fees
Government or immigration fees are set by the relevant authority and may be separate from our professional service fees. Such fees may change at any time without notice.
3. Rush and Urgent Fees
Optional rush or urgent handling may involve extra service charges. These fees are for priority internal handling by our team and do not guarantee approval or exact government processing time.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
Card, PayPal, Stripe, bank, UPI or payment gateway charges may apply depending on payment method, provider and currency conversion rules.
5. Currency and Exchange Rates
Foreign exchange rates may vary. The final charged amount may differ based on currency conversion, bank fees, payment gateway fees or card provider rules.
6. Fee Changes
Fees may change due to government updates, documentation requirements, application type, selected service level, urgency, destination country rules or payment method.
7. No Hidden Service Charges
We aim to provide clear payment information before application submission. Any additional service selected by the applicant may carry additional charges, which should be shown before payment.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Government fees, urgent fees, payment gateway charges and already processed professional service charges may be non-refundable.
9. Final Decision
Visa eligibility, approval, refusal, processing time and final decision are controlled only by the relevant immigration authority. RPVS Immigrations cannot guarantee approval.
