Applicants may apply directly through official government websites. Our fees are professional service fees for assistance and support.
1. General Refund Rule
Professional service fees are charged for private visa assistance, document review and support. Once work has started, service fees may become non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Before Processing
If you request cancellation before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting payment gateway and administration charges.
3. Processing Started
If review, preparation or submission work has already started, refunds may not be available.
4. Rush Services
Urgent or rush handling fees are non-refundable once priority processing has started.
5. Government Fees
Government or third-party fees are controlled by the relevant authority and are generally non-refundable.
6. Visa Decisions
Visa approval, refusal, delay or validity is decided only by the relevant immigration authority. These outcomes do not automatically qualify for a refund.
7. Refund Requests
Email your refund request with your name, application reference number and payment details to support@rpvsimmigrations.com.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds may take several business days depending on your payment provider.
